What's a good family photo? For me, it's super sim What's a good family photo? For me, it's super simple... - Does it look like a shot I would take of my own kids? - Are the people in the shot connecting to each other (rather than to the camera)? - As the viewer, does my heart go to the human connection first, or the lighting/styling? Easy. This shot of Will and Helen is, to me, a beautiful family shot.

I love the sessions where all the whole family get I love the sessions where all the whole family gets together. We have a few more options, like all the grandkids, the siblings, etc. We can get everyone, then maybe do sub-families for those that want it... maybe update your couple of shots like you are dating again.
